The driving force behind New Space, Richard leads the business and personally carries out landlord valuations across Hackney and beyond. Straight-talking and hands-on, he’s built New Space on honest advice, sharp local knowledge and genuine, long-term relationships with landlords.

If there’s one person you want in your corner when it comes to property management, it’s Kim. With over 12 years at New Space, she knows our portfolio inside out and has seen just about every maintenance issue, tenancy challenge, and compliance question imaginable.

If there’s one person who can keep things running smoothly while everyone else is spinning plates, it’s Yasaar. With over 20 years of bookkeeping and accounts experience — five of them here at New Space — she’s the backbone of our lettings accounts department.
